Casa Lisa is a rural 500 years old stone building. The building is tipically mountaineer and its architecture is traditional. It has vestigious to have been a house-fortress in the XVI century because it keeps some stone elements of the old house like a wonderful arch door embedded in a inner wall, a big arch in the entrance, the stairs and a lot of details in the rooms. The building is situated to the south and most of it is surrounded by a green garden.
It has been recently refurbished. The house has six rooms with a bathroom and central heating. We have got double and twin rooms. One double room has two spare beds and it is wide and very suitable for a couple with two children. Other two bedrooms can also have a spare bed. Each room has the name of the mountains you can overlook from its window or balcony: Bramapan, Mondoto, Comiello, Sierra Yeba, Navaín and Aran. We also have a free cot for babies.
We have a pleasant reading room with a good library devoted to the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido as well as the Pyrinees.
We offer restaurant service with home-made meal to the guests.
The bar is the courtyard of the house and we serve in a wide summer grass terrace from which you can gaze into the magnificent views of Monte Perdido. The bar closes at night so as not to annoy guests. |
