Buerba is a tiny rural village situated at an altitude of 1.143 m in the Vio Valley, in the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido, in Añisclo's area.
Buerba, like most the villages of the valley, has kept the traditional Pyrenaic architecture. We can point out the flagstone´s roofs with the typical trunk-conical chimneys and the collection of “bordas” with threshing floors closed in calcaire stone walls and situated next to the village where we can see Monte Perdido at the back. The traditional dance is “el cascabillo”. It is danced in Buerba around the centenary ash situated in the square.
Buerba belongs to Fanlo´s town council and Sobrarbe's area in Huesca.
